GROWTH INTO THE FUTURE: SCOTT G. DAVIS INDUSTRIAL PARK

To us, saying Bibb County is open for business is not just a motto. It’s a way of life. We know that business development is mutually beneficial to the incoming business and to our community. To facilitate that growth, Bibb County has created the Scott G. Davis Industrial Park specifically to recruit and grow manufacturing businesses in the county.

With 564 acres of prime development space with flexible lot sizes, the Industrial Park is absolutely the place for your business to call home. Business after business — major players in the manufacturing industry — have found their place in Bibb County, and the Chamber of Commerce stands ready to welcome more community partners to propel Bibb County to an excellent future.

To date, we’ve had Mercedes expand with a $248.2M project to build two large facilities — one at 800,000 square feet and the other at 1.3 million square feed— in the Park. ThyssenKrupp has invested $13 million in a 100,000 square-foot facility for a materials processing and distribution center.

In March 2018, MöllerTech opened a 150,000 square-foot, $46.3M facility in the park as well.

If your company is looking for a location with a hard-working workforce in a pro-business atmosphere, Bibb County is absolutely where you want to be.
